The Elite Penguin Times - Brainiax 8 reports on Klutzy the Crab

In the new System Defender mission, Klutzy is the attacking fiend as opposed to his comrade Herbert. During gameplay the member penguin will first see Rookie and G's obtuse and trivial opinions on replacing a coffee machine, then Rookie's notice of the Enemy Detector going off - which G helpfully informs them what is going on, as the Rookie does not know what the 'flashing lights' mean - this is followed by a full-fledged attack on the EPF mainframe. One which, I must add, is obscenely hard to deflect.

   Unlike Herbert, it would seem Klutzy the Crab is quite the conversationalist; even using emotes in his timely messages which currently, without G's crab translator, are superfluously meaningless to agents. That is, of course, unless you speak crab.

In related news; I believe that it was a Clubpenguincrabicus that caused the Great Club Penguin Flood, and I believe that a certain Klutzy could well be the suspect we are after. I have managed to retrieve rare footage of the event that most likely caused the floods from the EPF Underground Pool Surveillance Camera:




 

This is Conspiracy Against Club Penguin and Unintentional Damage to Another's Personal Property - if Klutzy the Crab is convicted he/she will be charged with Crimes Against the Citizens of the Islands of Club Penguin.

   Because of this, and other events - including likely ensuing events that are believed will soon unfold - Klutzy the Crab and Herbert P. Bear, Esq are Wanted Criminals within the Islands of Club Penguin.

Could it be real? Is there a blackout coming on JUNE? I don’t know if there’s a blackout coming soon to Club Penguin but all this pictures match! Herbert has a plan, if he destroy the Lighthouse, there won’t be light on Club Penguin! COOL! I can’t wait for some action on Club penguin!

SO YOU KNOW HOW THE VIKING HELMETS (RED AND BLUE) ARE HIDDEN IN A DIFFERENT PLACE IN THE CLOTHES CATALOG EVERY MONTH? RIGHT, THEY'RE NOT!!
THEY'RE IN THE VIKING OF THE OPERA COSTUME TRUNK CATALOG: TO FIND THEM YOU MUST
1) GO TO THE STAGE
2) CLICK ON THE COSTUME TRUNK CATALOG IN THE BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER BY THE SCRIPT OR WADDLE ON OVER TO THE ACTUAL COSTUME TRUNK ON THE FAR SIDE OF THE STAGE
3)TURN THE PAGE TO THE SECOND ONE. IT HAS THE LOGO ON IT, WITH HELGA ON THE OPPOSITE LEAF
4) CLICK THE POSH PINK VIKING HELMET WITH BLONDE PLAITS THAT'S ON THE 'g' IN THE LOGO
5) TO GET THE BLUE VIKING HELMET, CLOSE AND RE-OPEN THE RED VIKING HELMET SCREEN 4 TIMES

The Golden Viking Helmet is back! Leave the screen with the Blue Viking Helmet open and then click on the Posh Pink Helmet like the one on the logo but that Helga is wearing on the opposite page!!!

New Green and Black Puffle Pins!

First, the green one:

Brainiax Fact: My green puffle is NOT called Aunt Arctic (who invented that rumour? Cos you sure know how to spread the word). My green puffle is called St Patrick. And because red & blue were out before - I Don't have a blue puffle and my red one is NOT called Yarr (same dude?) it's called RockhopperII (but you were nearer that time)

now the black one:

Brainiax Fact #3: i don't have a black puffle except the EPF one, which is called Flare (like it is). If I got a black puffle I would either call it 'DK BBQ' (don't ask), Sparks or something else really cool.

I know: this challenge is to come up with names for a black puffle - I'll pick the top 5 and add a poll, whichever wins I'll buy a black puffle and call it that :) Yes, you can use DK BBQ and Sparks.

New Viking Pin

Look familiar? It's the pin we voted on way back when I can't remember I'll have to check my archive at some point and so should you because I'm not going to be bothered changing this :P

The Future of Puffles

Hello Penguins!

The Puffle Party's in full swing! It's hard to believe that it's been almost five years since the first puffle was adopted. A lot has happened since then. So the big question is -- what's next for puffles?




Over the next year, we're adding some brand new features that you've been asking for. Here's a few of them coming in March:

More food: Last week we gave you a sneak peek of new food items for puffles. Soon everyone will be able to stock up on food at the Pet Shop.

Interactive puffles: You asked for it and we've listened. In two weeks, you'll be able to interact with your pet close-up! Plus each puffle will have new animations to show you how they're feeling.

New game: The rumors are true... the team's putting the finishing touches on a brand new game called Puffle Launch!

Puffle Party music glitch!!

If you turn up on the roof of the nightclub the Music Player 3000 plays some really sick tunes, dig? Well if you're tone deaf or slightly crazy in bad way then you might not want to hear the awesome tunage Cadence's Music-ifier is blasting out.
Or you might to find out if this works for you or not...

Well anyways if you click on the little question mark on the toolbar and then select 'Mute music' you won't hear anything.

Yup, but then if you unmute it, the music is the Puffle party racket which can get annoying after a while... :)

You guys asked for an actual walkthrough:

1) your spy phone will ring
2) go to the EPF command room
3) accept the field op
4) if you don't own a portal box, there is one at the beach
5) go to the box dimension
6) in the top left corner is a floating box - walk to it
7) your spy phone will ring again
8) start field op
9) if you hover over the circle things it shows you their symbol, match the symbols
10) if you are a member you can get Elite Gear
11) oh lookee, a message from Herbert!

Jet Pack Adventure Puffle Party Glitch

The first time I played Jet Pack Adventure with a non-member penguin I landed on the nightclub rooftop but it hasn't worked for me since :(

INSTEAD it sends you back to the beacon rather than the town which is an awesome glitch, right?

I think this will only happen during the Puffle Party because they're trying to keep non-members off the roof but I will check after the party to see if the glitch persists.

AND I AM THE FIRST ONE TO DISCOVER THIS BTW!!!!!

We were dancing right in the middle of the metal platform - me on as PingyDotCom - and I basically said "cp cant stop us dancin were we want" awful grammar, I know. Then my mates agreed and really bummed off the penguins that had reported everyone dancing on the metal thing. :) GO ME!!!

New Stamps

Of course you can get the Cadence stamp if you happen to meet her but you can also get the puffle party stamp by taking your puffle for a walk  to it's puffle room! And I was right, the orange puffle room IS the box dimension, whereas the brown puffle is the dance lounge. I thought they might bring back Brown Puffle Island for the party (trying saying THAT quickly)

Is it just my computer or has Club Penguin really not updated the homepage. At this point it would usually resemble the Puffle Party-decorated island that you get when playing but it's just normal - http://clubpenguin.com/

i logged on to CP a few days back and up in the top corner was an unnamed Penguin Chat 3 penguin with the ‘this is you!’ blue ring!!
What the penguin was it???
This has happened twice since. I think it’s some weird glitch, a program error, or most likely a hacker – CP you NEED to fix this
