 Rockhopper’s Quest is here! After a whole week of waiting, Gary is finally done reconstructing the Migrator! Now, thanks to Gary, the Migrator is ready to travel longer distances even faster and explore new islands!

To start with, sign up at the Beach and pick up your free “Crew Cap” located next to the Lighthouse.

Hello Penguins!
It’s been a whole week since Rockhopper’s Quest started and if you thought this would be all over by now you are incorrect! Club Penguin added a new “Life Vest” item for you to pick up at the Beach exactly where the Crew Caps were last week.

Waddle next to it and click “yes” when it asks you to pick it up. Remember, this item is for everyone including non-members. So, how do you like this small update? Now that I think about it… weren’t those life vests from when the Migrator crashed back in 2008? Hmm…

FREE item for ALL penguins
We've heard that many of you wished you had items when you were new to the island. Guess what? To start the celebration, every new player will receive two items -- a new background and new hat! Check it out:

We'll also be giving these items to EVERYONE! If you already have a penguin, you'll get these two new items added to your inventory as part of the celebration! What do you think?

Club penguin increased new membership price (US and Canada)
For the first time since Club Penguin started, we've decided to change the price of new memberships purchased in US and Canada. Starting on July 13th, the new price for a Club Penguin membership will be $7.95 a month, $39.95 for 6 months and $59.95 for 12 months.

The new price is only for NEW membership purchases. If you already have a recurring membership, you'll keep paying the old price as long as you stay a member. You'll also be able to use membership cards with the old price if you have them.

The free item that non-members can get at this party is the blue puffle hat in the plaza.
At this year's puffle party, a glitch has been circulating that if you go to

and then log on with a non-member as normal you can access the Night club roof(2nd one) and the Puffle Show (1st one). I can confirm that this works because I have met a non-member on the roof just yesterday and today I managed to get there and the Puffle Show room with the non-member PingyDotCom.
This doesn't work if the rooms are full, it will send you to the beach/plaza/ski village.

Ok, hi i'm Brainiax 8. I spotted the glitch and compiled URLs and http:s and htmls for the foreign servers, too. I was the first to do so with all, and the first to blog, tweet, post and VIDEO so ya'know. I kinda want the credit.

The first time I tried this it worked right, if you're a non-member and you played Jet Pack Adventure and quit after the first level you would land on the night club roof. It worked the first time but none after :(
Now it sends you back to the beacon rather than the town where it usually does.
