Sorry it took so long to upload - it's kinda a HUGE file to get up.

How to defeat the Hydras:
You guys have probs already figured how to defeat them but if not, it's easy enough:

Blue:

Don't stand on the glowing floor areas, throw snowballs at the cauldron above it's head so it lands on it. Repeat until it dies.

Yellow:
Stand on the floor areas that light up while wearing the shield from the last room so it's rays reflect back.

Red:
Don't stand on the shining floor areas and throw snowballs at it until it dies - it's dies quicker if you aim for the mouth.

Once you have killed all three without any repairing themselves you open the bridge.

Medieval Catalog Update

You guys can now get the Purple Dragon and the Lute. As well as the Purple Dragon Feet

and the Bracers when you click on the blue tabard and the Torc when you click on the red tabard. These items are 300C and 200C respectively.

Herbert and Klutzy controlling Hydras?

OK, not in my last post but in the one before that there's a sneak peek pic. If you look at it, it looks like Herbert and Klutzy are controlling the Hydras (yellow and blue) from the last knight's quest. This begs the question: who or what was controlling the other one?

Welcome to the Club Penguin Rockhopper Tracking Chat!
Below are some tips to help you find Rockhopper:
1. When tracking Rockhopper, make sure that you are checking major servers such as Mammoth, Abominable, and Blizzard.
2. Rockhopper is constantly on the move, switching servers every 15 minutes or so. Make sure to keep that in mind when you are tracking him.
3. Take a look in the Migrator, Pizza Parlor, and Cove. These are the Rooms that Rockhopper is known to be active in.
4. Rockhopper is a red penguin with a pirate hat and beard. He is usually a tad larger than the other penguins, so spotting him shouldn’t be a problem.
5. If you are faced with large crowds, make sure to check your “in room” list. This list shows you every penguin in the same room as you. If you see Rockhopper, his avatar will be smiling.
6. Last, have fun and keep trying. We know it is not easy but with our tips and chat, you will be on your way to finding Rockhopper!

Greetings Penguins!

Happy77 here. As Billybob mentioned last week, puffles are going to be doing a lot more stuff starting in March...

To get you more of the scoop, I interviewed a puffle animator and asked her a few questions:

Q: Tell me some your favorite puffle facts.

A: My favorite puffle facts, hmmmm...I love how crazy they go over puffle O's and how they'll do anything to get 'em. Even jump into a cannon! Another of my fave facts is how puffles looove to dance. If you dance they'll be dancin' right beside you!

Q: RayToolbear wanted to know: What kind of creativity do you need when you animate puffles?

A: Great question Ray Toolbear! When I'm animating puffles I love to sketch out hilarious pictures of how they would react. This helps me to pull out the funniest, off the wall expressions from each puffle. Sometimes when I'm in need of creativity I get my friends to make funny faces and I draw their expressions :D

Q: Jackcol9 asked: What new tricks will puffles be able to do?

A: Thanks for your question Jackol9. New tricks you ask... Well, puffles will be expressing themselves more!They love to have their hair brushed into crazy styles, they'll jump for joy over treats you feed them, and let you know what they like and don't!

The Elite Penguin Times - Brainiax 8 reports on Klutzy the Crab

In the new System Defender mission, Klutzy is the attacking fiend as opposed to his comrade Herbert. During gameplay the member penguin will first see Rookie and G's obtuse and trivial opinions on replacing a coffee machine, then Rookie's notice of the Enemy Detector going off - which G helpfully informs them what is going on, as the Rookie does not know what the 'flashing lights' mean - this is followed by a full-fledged attack on the EPF mainframe. One which, I must add, is obscenely hard to deflect.

Unlike Herbert, it would seem Klutzy the Crab is quite the conversationalist; even using emotes in his timely messages which currently, without G's crab translator, are superfluously meaningless to agents. That is, of course, unless you speak crab.

In related news; I believe that it was a Clubpenguincrabicus that caused the Great Club Penguin Flood, and I believe that a certain Klutzy could well be the suspect we are after. I have managed to retrieve rare footage of the event that most likely caused the floods from the EPF Underground Pool Surveillance Camera:

This is Conspiracy Against Club Penguin and Unintentional Damage to Another's Personal Property - if Klutzy the Crab is convicted he/she will be charged with Crimes Against the Citizens of the Islands of Club Penguin.

Because of this, and other events - including likely ensuing events that are believed will soon unfold - Klutzy the Crab and Herbert P. Bear, Esq are Wanted Criminals within the Islands of Club Penguin.

New Green and Black Puffle Pins!

First, the green one:

Brainiax Fact: My green puffle is NOT called Aunt Arctic (who invented that rumour? Cos you sure know how to spread the word). My green puffle is called St Patrick. And because red & blue were out before - I Don't have a blue puffle and my red one is NOT called Yarr (same dude?) it's called RockhopperII (but you were nearer that time)

now the black one:

Brainiax Fact #3: i don't have a black puffle except the EPF one, which is called Flare (like it is). If I got a black puffle I would either call it 'DK BBQ' (don't ask), Sparks or something else really cool.

I know: this challenge is to come up with names for a black puffle - I'll pick the top 5 and add a poll, whichever wins I'll buy a black puffle and call it that :) Yes, you can use DK BBQ and Sparks.

The Puffle Party's in full swing! It's hard to believe that it's been almost five years since the first puffle was adopted. A lot has happened since then. So the big question is -- what's next for puffles?

Over the next year, we're adding some brand new features that you've been asking for. Here's a few of them coming in March:

More food: Last week we gave you a sneak peek of new food items for puffles. Soon everyone will be able to stock up on food at the Pet Shop.

Interactive puffles: You asked for it and we've listened. In two weeks, you'll be able to interact with your pet close-up! Plus each puffle will have new animations to show you how they're feeling.

New game: The rumors are true... the team's putting the finishing touches on a brand new game called Puffle Launch!

Puffle Party music glitch!!

If you turn up on the roof of the nightclub the Music Player 3000 plays some really sick tunes, dig? Well if you're tone deaf or slightly crazy in bad way then you might not want to hear the awesome tunage Cadence's Music-ifier is blasting out.
Or you might to find out if this works for you or not...

Well anyways if you click on the little question mark on the toolbar and then select 'Mute music' you won't hear anything.

Yup, but then if you unmute it, the music is the Puffle party racket which can get annoying after a while... :)

1) your spy phone will ring
2) go to the EPF command room
3) accept the field op
4) if you don't own a portal box, there is one at the beach
5) go to the box dimension
6) in the top left corner is a floating box - walk to it
7) your spy phone will ring again
8) start field op
9) if you hover over the circle things it shows you their symbol, match the symbols
10) if you are a member you can get Elite Gear

Jet Pack Adventure Puffle Party Glitch

The first time I played Jet Pack Adventure with a non-member penguin I landed on the nightclub rooftop but it hasn't worked for me since :(

INSTEAD it sends you back to the beacon rather than the town which is an awesome glitch, right?

I think this will only happen during the Puffle Party because they're trying to keep non-members off the roof but I will check after the party to see if the glitch persists.

AND I AM THE FIRST ONE TO DISCOVER THIS BTW!!!!!

And I was right, the orange puffle room IS the box dimension, whereas the brown puffle is the dance lounge. 'Unlock Items' updated

Has anyone else noticed that when you're on the start screen and you mouse over the 'Unlock Items' star thing it sort-of looks like there's light reflecting off it and enlarges?
Or is that just me?

Btw - the same start screen that's recently been updated to the animated (blinking!) puffle party one.

Just checking where most you guys are viewing from, there's a couple dozen from New York and at least 2 in every other state. A decent number in Britain, Asia, S. Africa, Australia, S. America etc. with the most popular places you guys are viewing from being Wilton, United States then London, United Kingdom and in 3rd is Leeds, United Kingdom.

BTW I don't live in any of those places.

White Puffle in Treasure Book 1 Glitch

Ok, Club Penguin must have updated the Treasure Books because I was just looking back at the first one and there's a WHITE PUFFLE!!

Since when were white puffles around at the time of treasure book 1? Either it's been updated (which is pointless, really) or it's just another CP glitch that Billybob needs to fix. I might e-mail him.

And, once again, I am the first one to post this.

You might not have heard of Pingy, but it's like a web reference forum (for a fee it will get you onto that google search sidebar thing). I noticed that it was getting me traffic so I clicked on the link and up popped this (without the red oval and wordart). The page was still loading and at the top of the list of 'Blogs you might like while you're waiting' was this one!

No Clothes Glitch!

I was on CP just now and I decided to change what I was wearing.

I changed, then closed my player card and it showed me without a body item or feet item (the things I changed). I re-opened my player card for proof:

I then tried it again with different change items and it still showed my penguin naked!

I intend to hire authors to help make graphics for me.
